Membership in the Saint Martin's Past Student Association of North America, Inc. (SAMPASA-NA, Inc.) is voluntary and members may choose to withdraw their membership at anytime. The organisation wishes to thank you in advance for your donations of finance, time, skills, and any efforts made to advance the mission, goals and vision of the organisation by becoming an active member.
An Active Member is any past student of the St. Martin's Secondary School of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines who has entered his/her signature on the register of members and has paid a registration fee of $30.00 and annual membership dues of $120.00 or $10.00 per month to the Association.
By completing, signing and submitting this form, you agree to receive information from SAMPASA-NA, Inc. pertaining to fund raising events, organisation updates and request for membership dues as per the Bylaws of SAMPASA-NA, Inc.
At present, an online system of payment is not setup. Therefore payments can be made by contacting any member of the finance committee who will supply the necessary information as to how monies can be deposited to the SAMPASA-NA account.
Personal information collected from members will only be used by SAMPASA-NA, Inc. to communicate with members in situations related to fund raising events, organisation updates, request for membership dues and other SAMPASA-NA, Inc. activities. Such information will not be shared with any third party.
